Rawing materials
Polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) granules are mixed with masterbatch and additives.
Extrusion and Drawing
The raw materials are melted and extruded into high-strength flat yarns through a drawing process.
Weaving
Circular or flat looms weave the yarns into fabric, forming the main material for the bags.
Cutting
The fabric, along with the base fabric, top fabric, and other components, is cut into specific sizes according to design requirements.
Sewing
Industrial sewing machines stitch the materials into finished bags, including loops and filling/discharge spouts.
